This is a light wheat flour bun with added seeds. It is made with red palm oil and part of the dough is replaced with a specially prepared and matured scald. As a result, the consumer has access to 100% wheat flour bread, but with added value - it has a special, recognizable and pronounced taste of quality white bread. Can be labeled "with red palm oil CAROTINO", because only high quality red palm oil is added as vegetable fat. The bread has become richer in natural carotenoids, vitamin E and coenzyme Q10, which together form a rich bouquet of antioxidants.
